These Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time, the "Terms"), together with any supplemental rules and regulations, including the Privacy Policy, govern access to and use of the services available on the website https://entrepreneurship-affiliates.ethz.ch, the mobile applications (if any), and other online products or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "EEA Platform") operated by ETH Zürich, Rämistrasse 101, 8092 Zurich, Switzerland ("ETH").
By accessing or using the EEA Platform and by clicking "I accept the Terms and Conditions", you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.
If you access the EEA Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the EEA Platform.
ETH may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be published on the EEA Platform. Where required by applicable law, ETH will provide appropriate notice.
The legal relationship between ETH and users of the EEA Platform is governed by Swiss law.
To the extent that ETH acts in the exercise of its public mandate, provisions of Swiss public law, including the Bundesgesetz über das Verwaltungsverfahren (VwVG), may apply.
Access to the EEA Platform is intended for individuals and organizations involved in entrepreneurship activities within the ETH ecosystem.
ETH may evaluate eligibility on a case-by-case basis and may request supporting information.
Admission decisions shall be made in accordance with applicable legal principles, including equal treatment and proportionality.
The EEA Platform is a digital platform facilitating connections, information exchange, and collaboration within the ETH entrepreneurship ecosystem.
ETH may modify, expand, or reduce the services at any time.
Where a reduction materially affects users, ETH will provide prior notice where appropriate.
Users must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
ETH reserves the right to verify user identity.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
Users must comply with the ETH Acceptable Use Policy for IT Resources 203.21en_BOT 2025-01_en.
In case of suspected unauthorized use or security incidents, users must immediately take appropriate measures (e.g. change passwords, block access) and report the incident to the responsible IT Support Personnel of ETH Zurich in accordance with the ETH Acceptable Use Policy.

Mandatory provisions of public liability law remain reserved.

They shall indemnify ETH against claims resulting from unlawful use, to the extent permitted by law.
Where actions of ETH constitute administrative decisions, users may seek legal remedies in accordance with applicable Swiss law, in particular the Bundesgesetz über das Verwaltungsverfahren (VwVG).
Users may not assign rights without ETH’s consent.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains valid.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

Jurisdiction is determined by applicable mandatory law.
